I had the pleasure of working with Pranjal and the Flowdojo team during the Jidoka Technologies website revamp. As founder and lead developer, Pranjal brought both clarity and calm to the process, ensuring that development stayed on track through tight timelines. Their responsiveness, problem-solving attitude, and Webflow execution during the QA and deployment phases made a big difference.

Most Asked Questions

What kind of work is included in the retainer?

Design work (landing pages, brand updates, graphics), Webflow development (new pages, features, animations), content updates (CMS, blog, copy), bug fixes, performance optimization, SEO improvements, A/B testing, integrations, and ongoing strategic consulting.

What's the difference between retainer hours and project-based work?

Retainer = ongoing monthly hours for continuous work (updates, new pages, optimizations). Project-based = one-time scope like complete website rebuilds or major redesigns. Most clients start with a project rebuild, then move to retainer for ongoing evolution.

How quickly do you turn around requests?

Simple updates: 24-48 hours. New landing pages: 3-5 days. Complex features: 1-2 weeks. Scale plan gets same-day critical fixes. We provide timeline estimates for each request upfront.

What if I need more hours in a month?

You can upgrade your plan anytime (takes effect immediately) or pay for additional hours at your plan's hourly rate. We'll alert you when you're close to your limit so there are no surprise charges.

Can I cancel or pause my retainer?

Yes. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Pausing isn't available, but you can downgrade to the Starter plan ($499) during slower months, then upgrade when you need more capacity.

Do you work on sites you didn't build?

Yes. We take on retainer clients for Webflow sites built by other agencies or freelancers. We'll do an initial audit (usually 1-2 hours from your first month) to understand the site structure.

What's not included in retainer work?

You can request anything, We don't have any limitation on the type of work. We limit hours according to the plan you have purchased. These are quoted separately as projects. But we can break large projects into phases that fit within retainer hours.

How is this different from hiring a full-time developer or designer?

A full-time designer or developer costs $80K-120K+ per year (salary + benefits + overhead). Our retainers give you expert design + development for $6K-36K per year. You get senior-level work without recruitment, management, or downtime when they're not busy.
